It would also be obvious that the massacre by Breivik in Norway had strong connections to the British Establishment; that the mindboggling incompetence shown by the Norwegian authorities lead many Norwegians to the conclusion that the PM at the time - one 'Stoltenberg', who went on to be rewarded with the NATO CEO position for this 'incompetence' - indicates that all these networks of well, fascists, is still in existence.

A decade ago I was personally warned off of my activism by a clear psychopath who obviously believed he could murder me and get away scot-free, and claimed to be from MI5.

Lord alone knows how many such threats Corbyn received during his leadership of Labour, but I think we can confidently assume it was non-zero.

In an effort to understand how US foreign policy works, I recently read The Devil’s Chessboard: Allen Dulles, the CIA and the Rise of America’s Secret Government, by David Talbot, Operation Gladio: The Unholy Alliance Between the Vatican, The CIA and the Mafia, by Paul Williams, and White Malice: The CIA and the Covert Recolonization of Africa, by Susan Williams.

I had to read Operation Gladio twice to keep track of its revelations and prevent myself from sounding like a tin-hat wearing crazy when I would try to summarize its arguments to friends. I hope the recent focus on the way US sponsored NGOs have been created/used to maintain US empire will lead more people to look much more closely at these things as we try to imagine how to get out from under this mess.

Your writing is essential reading for all of us! It is particularly important in helping us understand Great Britain’s long history of anti-democratic imperialist subversion and the way its spy agencies mentored the US in helping it expand on and carry on this evil work.
