I think I say this every time I read one of your posts, but I'll say it again, your investigative reporting (and of course MintPress News) is some of the best I've read. I read my fair share of alt media and often have to remind myself that I'm living in an echo chamber and news bubble of my own creation, but then I read one of your post and I realize there are journalists and news organizations whose investigations actually do present new informative facts (Yinon Plan, new to me) that get to the truth of the matter. Thanks again.

As we see a river of humanity going back to their homes in northern Gaza and the ubiquitous presence of large groups of well armed resistance fighters in fresh uniforms, the attempt to ethnically cleanse Gaza has failed miserably. So much for trying expand into Gaza and beyond. Israel may have grabbed some territory in a fragmented Syria, but now faces an ambitious Turkey. The attempt to aggravate sectarian cleavages may have worked in Syria, but doesn’t seem to be in Lebanon or Iraq. Furthermore the closest allies of the armed resistance in Gaza, led by Muslim Brotherhood offshoots Hamas and PIJ, are all Shia led organizations such as Hizbollah and Ansar Allah. Anyway the megalomaniac dreams of the religious nationalists in Israel are just that. As Ilan Pappe and Shir Hever have demonstrated we are witnessing the zionist project in its terminal phase, and it is a tragedy though that this will entail yet more pain and suffering imposed on the people of West Asia.

Yes but I'm somewhat frightened by it. All massed together back in Gaza amongst the ruins. What's the obvious thing those murderous lunatics will do? They'll shell and bomb them mercilessly, mercilessly. Don't forget this is not an 'end' to the war. This is merely a ceasefire. Netanyahu proclaimed, I think, that the Americans assured him it was only a pause.

I am somewhat aghast at their temerity just flooding back in there. Like walking into a massive trap.

Jared Kushner has praised the “very valuable” potential of Gaza’s “waterfront property” and suggested Israel should remove civilians while it “cleans up” the strip.

The former property dealer, married to Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka, made the comments in an interview at Harvard University on 15 February. The interview was posted on the YouTube channel of the Middle East Initiative, a program of Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, earlier this month.

Kushner was a senior foreign policy adviser under Trump’s presidency and was tasked with preparing a peace plan for the Middle East. Critics of the plan, which involved Israel striking normalisation deals with Gulf states, said it bypassed questions about the future for Palestinians.

No sadly there is no light. We had all hoped Iran would step up to the plate but that too was talk. That the entire world has stood idly by and done nothing leading many of us to conclude they are all in on it. Obviously no one cares. It is beyond sickening. Both the USA and Israel are the world’s greatest terrorist organizations. Trump is now asking for another billion dollars and more bombs to be sent to Israel.

Horrible though it is at this stage I'm relatively happy to see the state of Israel expanding its territory and I wish them to expand further and further and quicker and quicker.

For they have no chance of keeping that territory.

They couldn't even keep their current state of israel if a coherent attack were mounted against it which never was.

And that's even with the american help, their bombs and planes and shells and all the typical american filth it exports around the world.

Even with all that if Lebanon, Hezbollah, Hamas, Iran, Syria and all Arabs had made the faintest effort to mount organised attack on Israel it would fall in weeks. Even with the American crap.

Too human, too humane, to use American or Israeli tactics on Israel and target massively their civilian populations nevertheless even Russian style attacks on critical infrastructure, water pumping, electricity grid and power generation etc. would lead to typical Israeli hysterical freakout and total evacuation of the place just as fast as they could go by their civilian population.

And when civilians run away that's not just loss of 'non combatants' as you instinctively may feel - and therefore of little concern in a struggle - no, it is loss of workers that keep the whole nation going.

Even a clerk can be contributing massively to 'keeping the nation going' and if he doesn't produce his reports, perform his function anything could stop from railway operations, electricity grid management, payment of workers, govt employees, pensions..

The Israelis will run away if attacked.

They have no stomach for fighting. Only for killing at long range. They are americans after all this time. Their pleasure and 'glory' is blowing up defenseless innocents.

So let them spread themselves thin like tissue paper in this time of their hubris and at leisure we will shred them.

'We', I speak as spiritually one of you. I am not Arab nor do I live in the Middle East. You there that suffer from this projection of american evil can destroy it quite easily I think. Your problem right now appears to me to be twofold: a peaceful people that just prays and prays for it all to be over and a failure to agree joint operations and support between all your different 'factions'.

Get your act together - even a coalition agreed to be temporary purely for the destruction of Israel - and you could begin demolishing that state tomorrow. With far less energy expended and bloodshed than you spend today.

They are a pimple in a vast plain. They know that at heart. When not in ecstasies of religious madness or wet dreams of pecuniary greed & the thought of spoils, they are deeply frightened.

That is what their religion is all about. Fear a wrathful god.

They are brought up on biblical stories of the most brutal genocides and enslavements, exhortations by god that those things be done. They see the world in those terms That is their god.

This is their playbook: they visit this stuff on others. They practice on Gaza today old testament 'wrath'. It's all they know. It's where they are. They are at once in two 'places' : In the modern world of commerce and politics where they are adept at profiting and manipulating and the world of religion where they are in a stone age religion, fearing the wrath of god and feeling they must fight others and manifest 'the wrath of god'. Because that's what god wants of them.

Their cultural backstory is that god is against them if they make any slight infractions of the rules so they're always under threat and on their way to 'perfection' via total obedience and that they're always surrounded by an enemy: us, the goyim, who their god lets torment them in the name, again, of perfecting them. So their background, their backstory, from childhood is a nightmare worse than a Catholic's hell and purgatory.

Schizophrenic. Loony.

Doesn't matter.

Point is they are incredibly vulnerable. Be calm and take them apart. The hectic horror of the destruction of Gaza was blinding and mind numbing but it wasn't really anything but a bully lashing out. It gained them nothing. It did not make them stronger. It made them weaker.

And now like cockroaches running from an overturned trash bucket they spread out across the plain saying 'ours, ours, ours' and swearing (of course) the wrath of god on their enemies and directions of god as their justification.

Weakening themselves by running out across that plain.

Dispassionate, slow, methodical destruction of their tiny state would be much easier, safer and calmer that any attempt at meeting them on the battlefield.

First - well many 'firsts' but amongst the first actions - put the fear of god into their populace which, as i say, is primed for it anyway. Propaganda. Tell them they will be destroyed even unto the umpteenth generation and stuff like that. They will believe it. That's their headspace.

Blow an electricity generating station down the streets and six blocks of hysterical Israelis will grab their passports and head for the exit convinced you're targeting them: civilians, deliberately, just as they do. They will find it impossible to believe that you are not doing that. It wouldn't compute in their heads. Humane doesn't mean anything to them.

Drone a few mines onto approach roads to their military installations, etc.

I haven't heard of any but soon there should surely be 'dormant drones' that you fly to some ambush location and land them and they sit and wait for traffic. Then boom. A tank or APC taken out.

On the web: destroy their internet access whenever/however you can. Hack their systems whenever however. That civilian population will run away just as quickly if they find their bank accounts getting hacked, scrambled, even if not actually the money stolen but just all the records screwed enough to stop normal functioning.

Just look at it from the other end. Would you choose to install an Israel and intimidate, terrorise the local populations all around in the place, the way america has done it with Israel? Install such a country in such a place? If you made that choice and did it what chance of survival would you then give your project?

I give it none. None.

How does it survive now? Because it fights so well and with so much american help?

No. It survives because there is no deliberate coherent war being waged against it.

Heroic Hamas militants trying to ambush a tank of APC in gaza with and RPG is not a 'coherent war' against Israel. Nothing remotely like it.

Well I think it's all gone on far enough. Time to shut them down.

I don't care where they go but they have to go. They are too evil.

There's a place was prepared for them years ago. If they don't want to go back to daddy and mummy in usa they could go there: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jewish_Autonomous_Oblast

Great analysis Kit, and expansion on the Yinon plan. I begin to think that many events of the last 2 years were not 'prescient' from so long ago but like the 'Path to Persia' and the US pursuit of a 'Salafist Principality' were long term plans and goals, pursued with incredible fortitude and deception by the Entity. But it may still come undone, as the people's power shows over the last couple of weeks in South Lebanon and Northern Gaza... we can but hope this nightmare will be 'wiped from the map of time' as Khomeini predicted - ...

They're just fulfilling the British objective for the Middle East, begun in 1917, of setting the region on fire. Now, the Brits can claim they're not involved, but they are. Worth noting that British gentile imperialists were talking about the "Nile to Euphrates" for the land of "Canaan" back in the 18th and 19th centuries. Britain encourages the hatred being poured on Israel because Israel and America are squid ink for the true scum in London.

If you actually think thats a good cause you are probably someone who benefits from the governments clown policies.

It is NEVER a good cause if the actual intent is Control of the receiving party and their geographical area. Make no mistake they aren't funding those countries because they care for people, they want to OWN it and CUNTROL it.

Its like giving blankets to the indians in winter, only the blankets are covered in small pox... It Looks like they're helping, but whoever uses those blankets is likely to get sick and Die.

Interesting article. If this is true then two questions remain for me: 1) how will Israel deal with the populations of those occupied territories, and 2) how will Israel deal with Saudi Arabia, a formidable regional force? Saudi Arabia could potentially be dealt with by setting up the population against the Saudi royal family (House of Saud) which is not much loved, but the question remains: how to govern such a large territory with a population that will be very hostile against Israeli occupation?

Could a (temporary?) alliance perhaps be formed between Israel (Ben Gurion Canal?), Saudi Arabia (Neom?) and China (Belt and Road Initiative)?
