Why aren't either of the parties bringing up the elephant in the room regarding proprietary closed source voting machines?

The companies that make the machines easily can manipulate the way it counts votes.

No need for hacking at all!

Instead, both parties complain about mail in voting and illegals voting.

Think why they won't bring up the closed source voting machines and why they hype up bullshit like Russia hacking etc.

Now they're not even trying to hide the blatant takeover of free and fair elections. Trump has declared war on free and fair election in the U.S. this year, starting with Texas. Which was supposed to be an easy mark. Now, the U.S. may be headed for a soft civil war over voting rights.

Doesn't matter. The goal was to hamstring Trump’s attempts at an independent foreign policy, and it worked. Since the beginning of his first term, Trump was already mousetrapped.

For that matter, the russiagate conspiracy theory is cynical and so absurd on its face that it would get its proponents laughed out of The John Birch Society, yet it remains an article of faith.

This article is excellent as usual and very refreshing.

Sadly, within the US, there is no "left"; virtually every reporter deemed "left" functions as an agent of the Imperialist, genocidal Democratic Party, wittingly or not. Believe it or not even organizations calling themselves Trotskyist in the US, won't cover this topic and if they do they, aiding the Dems, merely dismiss it as an effort by Trump to change the subject.

In reality, the manipulation of elections, the conversion of the media into an Imperialist propaganda center and the emergence of a cabal of Dem aligned, anti Trump intelligence agencies with seemingly unlimited power pose the most serious threat to the rights and freedom of the working class.

To have a true man of the left cover this story is again, very refreshing. Today, a writer proves themselves by their deep going rejection of both Imperialist, genocidal parties in the US. That and one's attitude to Israel are the new litmus test imo.

In the U.S., the great example of the Fake (co-opted) “Left“ is the "Congress for Cultural Freedom" program, which was part of the Berkeley "New Left" movement, created to promote so-called "compatible" Left. The irony is thick, because it was headed by Irving Kristol, father of Bill Kristol and co-founder of Neoconservatism.

Another example is so-called "Democratic Socialists of America", another spin off of the same old Trotskyism.

Thank you for this. What passes for the left in the US and really the entire west began as a cold war psyop in the late 60s, early 70s. It has a long and rich history that deserves further study. Essentially, the working class was vilified as "organically fascist" and replaced by special, "organically leftist", identities.

That's how the propaganda works..

Notice how ppl keep mentioning "gulag" all the time, while GITMO is STILL functional..?

That's why so many ppl in America hate some imaginary "communists/marxists" that don't even exist..

That's why there are so many idiots who believe Hitler was a socialist just because he used "socialist" named party to get to power..

Kit, I'd love an investigation of the 2020 US election. I had TDR until 2021/2022, so at first assumed all the 2020 stolen election claims were bullshit. But now I wonder if it IS true? Were there really 7 million more votes cast in 2020 than in 2016 (or 2024 for that matter?) If you know of an already-existing, trustworthy analysis, hook me up. If not, could you write it? Pretty please?

Also, thank you for graciously providing your work to those of us without $ to spare, and for allowing non-payers to write comments!

I does seem like a big waste of time to try and pin "Russian interference" on the other faction of the duopoly when the results of these elections changed absolutely nothing in this American oligarchy (Princeton study 2014). (Biden aids and abets Israel's genocide in Gaza as does Trump.)If any of these allegations were true AND the USA was an actual democracy, this revelation might be sad, but since neither are what they purport to be then...?

Conditions people to think there is democracy and the two parties are opposed to each other, and that it matters which one wins.

Obviously it doesn't, but they can't have the stupid American people understand that now, eh.

I'm still a great fan of that wonderful quote from George Carlin - 'think how stupid the average American is, and now realise that half the people are even stupider than that!'

A country in which, what, 150 million people vote for either evil team A or evil team B has no right to call itself civilised, let alone intelligent or superior.

Alas, it's not that different in any other country from the looks of things. Meaning the only thing that can save the human species and the planet herself for that matter, is a near-extinction level event. Let's call that the ultimate revolution. I vote for the asteroid.

Hi Kit— thanks for this piece, and your other work. I’d be interested to see if you have ever heard of Gavin Wilde? Wilde and Michael van Landingham were the subject of a Rolling Stone article that discusses their role in Brennan’s ICA rewrite (Gabbard ODNI releases etc.).

Wilde was a Russia specialist at NSA, and CyberScoop says that he was also with the NSA-CYBERCOM “Election Security Group” (ESG) in the 2018 and 2020 election cycles— formed after the lie that the Russian GRU hacked the DNC. ESG partnered with FBI and CISA on alleged foreign interference in elections and foreign disinformation campaigns. The 2018 ESG was headed by NSA co-lead Anne Nuberger, and the CYBERCOM co-lead was Timothy Haugh (recently fired head of NSA-CYBERCOM-CSS). The 2020 ESG CYBERCOM co-lead, William Hartman, is now acting director of NSA-CYBERCOM-CSS, following Haugh’s departure.

Many of the ESG and affiliate’s were involved in the 2010 founding of CYBERCOM— Anne Neuberger said she coordinated the team that stood up the command under Keith Alexander; Jen Easterly (CISA) and Paul Nakasone (Haugh’s predecessor as head of NSA-CYBERCOM-CSS) were two of the “Four Horsemen” (their term, not mine) of military officers working with Alexander on CYBERCOM’s formation.

The ESG had been previously known as “Joint Task Force-Ares,” which was said to have dealt with ISIS in the cyber domain (while Timber Sycamore was underway). Is/was the ESG using foreign regime change tactics for domestic information/psyops in the US?

I co-authored this piece with Paul Gallagher in EIR, which discusses some of these matters:

Thanks again, and take care-

Dave Christie

Personally, I think this was a huge psyop while the bigger story was Trump 15-year long "close" relationship with Epstein as they prowled for young women between the ages of 16-23. I've been binge watched Michael Wolff (4 bios of Trump) whose recently been doing interviews since platforms are now interested. He has hours of tapes with Epstein since Epstein asked him to do a biography which he said "no" to but Epstein gave him full access. Epstein is quoted as saying "Trump has no scruples" and Wolff calls Trump "a moral grifter...whose biggest aspiration was to sleep with all his friends wives". Yet neither party brought this up. I saw the two Jewish guys on Due Dissidence and also read Helene. Helene pondered in 2015 if Trump was a Soros plant. Due Dissidence had an episode "How Israel INSTALLED TRUMP To Start a WAR WITH IRAN" and Democracy Now! referenced an article from The Nation "The Candidate and the Spy" of a Marsh 23, 2023 Article titled "The Trump Campaign's Collusion With Israel". This is a hell of a lot bigger than the Russia-gate hoax considered what we're going through now!!! 😡 😡

Trump - Epstein seems like a nothing burger to me. Epstein and political blackmail is the story. Trump may be compromised, but the evidence I've seen is thin.

More significantly, Trump seems to have faked a war with Iran. His claims to have obliterated Iran's nuclear facilities removes the need for further warfare. I hope this holds. No doubt Israel and the neocons will come up with other reasons to attack Iran, but time is on Iran's side, IMO.
