Its these things that make me absolutely sick of being British. Why can't we leave this constant meddling alone.

Kojo's avatar

It's not about Britain. Britain is colonized and MI6 is not even acting on the basis of any supposed belief for the benefit of Britain.

if you mean not on behalf of the vast majority of the population of Britain, then I agree.

However it is still done in our name.

Like the CIA, MI6 is an agency of zionazistan. US or British government structure is purely incidental and subsidiary to zionist objectives.

That includes the proxy war in Ukraine where MI6 has also played a key role. Undelrined by the fact that supposedly Ukraine was going to be overran and all of Europe was next to be oveerun...and yet ... Ukraine is now sending soldiers to support the genocidal zionist attack on Iran, Lebanon and palestinian territory.

All of this is for the mad zionists. And the pockets of British and European's taxpaers are being picked to subsidize the weapons industries that the zionists also own huge shares of.

the intelligence services were just as bad well before the Zionist elements began to twist the objectives and 'interests' in other directions.

Every bit as evil and devious and morally bankrupt. Just like their masters have ever been..

Well then the population (like many country's are dumb)!

Who has time to understand the brutal British/

That's a good get out!

First question: Why the hell would the Kurds ever trust America or Britain again?

Second question: What will Turkiye's reaction be to the involvement of the Kurds?

This will end in utter disaster.

Because Kurdish leaders like Yankee dollars, and the leaders are the only ones who count.

The CIA/MI6 can plot all they like. The Iraqi military have made it clear that they have blocked the border between Iraq and Iran to prevent a Kurdish attack on Iran. There's no way the Shia militias which make up the PMU, which defeated the Iraqi Kurds several years ago will stand idle while an attack on Iran takes place. Already various Shia militias are attacking US bases throughout Iraq. This is just another pipe dream of the psychopaths who run the murderous CIA/MI6.

Also main Kurdish factions in Iraq have clearly stated they want nothing to do with this. US may succeed in arming some small bands of thugs, but my impression is that Kurds in Iran are much more integrated with the larger civil society in Iran than is the case in Iraq, Syria or Turkey. Remember Kurds are ethnically and linguistically related to the dominant group, Persians, in Iran which is not the case in Arab countries or Turkey.

Amazing how this vestige of an empire retains such a far reaching nuisance capacity.

The last time the CIA armed a group it went really well in Syria so im sure this will be a smashing success. Thank you for your voice and analysis in these crazy times!

They even pat themselves on the back with "We employ a similar working model in Syria..." and "Gold standard of measure of effect".

These people are being sent to the slaughterhouse. 10,000 fighters - and that’s being generous - are not going to be able to do much damage to the IRG, the Iranian Armed Forces or military infrastructure in a country of 93 million people that is the size of Western Europe. It will be like the proverbial gnat on the backside of an elephant - an annoyance, but no more.

I am thinking (my artistic mind) seeing a cartoon of this wonderful comment.

Thank you. You should do it!

Are the Kurds mad? The US will double cross them as it has done many times before.

Siniša Spajić's avatar

So in essence the Kurds are brainwashed lemmings looking for the next cliff.

Feral Finster's avatar

"One might ask why yet again, Kurdish elements appear all too willing to serve as CIA and MI6 proxy footsoldiers, given the sordid history of London and Washington exploiting them as cannon fodder before invariably abandoning them to literal fate."

Because the rulers personally benefit, and they are the only ones who matter.

CIA/MI6? The cause of most of the world’s problems, don’t forget Mossad!

No wish to slander these people, but why do they keep falling for the same old bullshit?

Stupid is as stupid does.

The same could be said of most Americans, and their belief that the electoral process works.

The Kurds bavely sorted out ISIS in Iraq for the West, yet now the West is Backing the Rabid Israeli created ISIS faction in Syria, with the view to Balkanising Syria in constant sectarian conflicts as they did in Former Yugoslavia. Backing the Donald Tramp CIA / MOSSAD circus, is akin to fucking a nymohomanic rich woman knowing she has Gonorrhoea or AIDS? You're guaranteed a quck or slow lingering death. 😏

Good article. But the problems are serious and extensive...

Anybody who has studied Kurdish history and the region would also know that Arab and Iranian, and Turkish nationalism and assimilation policies influenced by European nationalism has also shaped Kurdish grievances. Kurdish groups should inteed be avoiding US or British backing but some sort of autonomy and plurinational federated arrangement in these countries is surely necessary. The borders were indeed drawn by the British and French and have caused many problems ever since because of chauvenistic Arab, Turkish and Iranian nationalism.. There seem to be no good options other than the acceptance of regional cututal and religious autonomy for groups like the Kurds and others. Can the governments in Turkey, Iraq and Iran, and Syria allow this? They certainly have not done so for the Kurds for many years....

Very sad how the Kurdish elites allow their people to be cannon fodder for empire

Christopher Cruz's avatar

Yup that' the way to escalate the on-going conflict. Let us hope and pray peace can still be achice.

Great work as usual brother. Keep up the good work

The Destabilization Network…

Someone needs to write a sequel to Graeber’s “Bullshit Jobs” and call it “Fiendish Jobs” or something. All these nutcases spending all their time and energy contribute nothing but destruction to the world.
