"The cache offers highly illuminating insight into how British spies constructed and disseminated propaganda campaigns during the Cold War, with obvious relevance to the present day. For example, at one stage the BBC is axiomatically described as one of many “organs of publicity” that British intelligence “control or influence.”"

Always protecting democracy and saving lives, eh?

Kit. Fucking brilliant mate. Relevant, just a tad. A hair. A fraction. Let’s not get ahead of ourselves in drawing any modern day parallels.... ;)

The more I discover (reading the internet) how the US and NATO has destroyed individual nations and robbed them blind, the more I detest all things American. This is just one more example of many that encourages my hatred!

Great journalism as usual, Kit.

Unlike most other journalists, you present facts, not personal opinions and "analyses".

Thank you for your great work.
