There is an execrable MKULTRA-pilled family tree of child abuse that keeps growing. Thinking of the use made of indigenous children in NZ from the 60s to the 80s at the Lake Alice 'care' home, where Dr Leeks used Dr Cameron-linked deep sleep techniques combined with shock treatment on Māori children, combining punishment with barbaric experimentation (NZ Stuff podcast 'The Lake'). The troubled teen industry is also linked (True Anon podcast 'The Game: The Story of Synanon') - this seems to be a very dark, hugely exploitative development, beginning to be exposed, very grim.
There was an excellent, horrifying documentary made about state origins of torture, focused on Dr. Ewen Cameron in particular as one of its top innovators, called "Eminent Monsters" after the name one of Ewen Cameron's victims ("patients") gave him as the eminent monster himself. I learned of it from Prof. Nils Melzer, who mentioned it being played at the UN Human Rights Council years ago back when he was still Special Rapporteur on Torture, and if I remember correctly, he was the one who got it played.
I highly recommend it, with it being said that it's truly the stuff of nightmares; make sure you're in the right state of mind to watch it. It's on Amazon Prime, Vimeo, and probably other places.
In addition, I'd like to give a dishonourable mention here to a highly forgotten name involved in MKULTRA I came across recently in my own reading: Dr. Kit Green, who in addition to being a child torturer and pioneer in torture who tried to erase people's minds and replace their personalities, was also involved in numerous black programs and in the CIA's psychic (incl. remote viewing) and UFO research programs. Apparently, he was the CIA's top expert in mind control, and might still be, given he's still alive.
Listen to this testimony of one of his victims, who even had an American TV show made based on her called Stranger Things—purely entertainment with no mention of the actual victim or anything to suggest her existence, of course.
He was an infamous liar who would go around telling something different to everyone he spoke to. One example being when he met with Carl Sagan during his production of Cosmos, according to the accounts of him from scientist Jacques Vallée, who had a strange relationship with him he documented.
Sagan almost agreed to work on Green's science board under Robert Bigelow's NIDSci: "on two conditions: that he be told all about the SRI parapsychology work, and all about the government knowledge on UFOs. Kit answered that on the first point he was just getting involved and knew little. On the second point he said the government had no ongoing study of UFOs. Sagan said he was lying and under those conditions wouldn’t work with him."
There is a quote from Dr. Kit Green never intended to be read by the public that I think is illuminating of government and the secret classified "black world" within it in general, from an otherwise dubious in terms of claims made by him—perhaps to deceive his own coworkers, who knows—leaked NIDSci memo to Robert Bigelow, dated March 23 2001: "The right to know by a basically non-meritocrious population is disputed by most of the Plato-like minions in the programs that are really black. [...] There is a belief by most people in high executive branch appointed positions that the average person isn't able to understand or handle the complexity, and would screw things up beyond belief. They, as long as they are in control, believe in a Singaporean government model of a Lee Kwan Yew meritocracy; government by the most educated and elite, and benevolent dictatorship. They believe what they read in Plato, Thomas Paine, Machievelli [sic], and they do not believe what they read in Aristotle, Jefferson, or Roosevelt."
Further, he goes on that such programs are "sanctioned and legally protected by the constitutional national security justifications that have always been tested in the highest courts of this land to take prescedence over the 1st and 4th Amendments. The fact we may not understand, nor agree with the little we know, is neither explanation nor justification for our not having what they believe is a 'need to know' based on our 'want to know.'"
The vulnerability of sexually victimized children and the use of rape & other traumas to facilitate work on people's minds are well known. The mass production of young experimental subjects (and then, cadres of adult programmed tools?) apparently carried out by CIA in Europe and elsewhere is no more evil than what we now know of some other CIA programs of social/political manipulations, creation of bogus red terror groups, islamist terrorist groups, false flag attacks & etc.
Someone needs to find the public data on who those kids were, then do statistical analysis of where they ended up/what they did as adults compared to their cohort who were NOT placed into abusive homes and programs? How many of 'em might be in INTERESTING military, political or intelligence jobs now???
Descent into Madness chronicles Cameron's MK Ultra years in Montreal, (including a case where one of his victims was the wife of a serving MP). She was reduced to infantile dependency thanks to psychic driving and LSD, her husband having to potty train and teach her to speak afterwards.
All of these people are Satanists that use children in sexual rituals. The need for "research" is complete bullshit. They wanted an ongoing source of children to abuse for thier secret meetings and initiations. They whole crew was and are still sex criminals.

Nobody knows what happened to the five children temporarily rescued by the Tallahassee Florida Police. This law enforcement agency then covered up the whole thing when they were told to by the FBI. Face it, nobody in these agencies gives a shit what they do to children. It reads just like Epstiens first arrest. Hide it. That what we do in Florida. Hide it.

In the end It's jaw droppingly amazing that the world at large has continued tolerating medical advice by a man with a extremely dubious medical history who IMO should never have been allowed to give any form of medical advice whatsoever !!!
If anything he should have been struck of the medical register a long time ago because of his experiments on foster children which left at least 85 of them dead as a direct result of his medical experiments - [Now the entire world is being manipulated to take part in a medical experiment]
Doctors are under oath not to carry out experiments.
