The role of MI6/UK is consistently downplayed, if not ignored, by many otherwise reputable US analysts. It’s almost as if even when they criticize the Empire, they still can’t help but “glorify” American Exceptionalism, to say nothing of those who pin everything on the genocidal death cult (not that either of them isn’t extremely vile). Why the need to seek out a single bad player always puzzles me.

Despite all the noise, I was thinking in my head, “I’m sure MI6 is somehow involved in all this and played a leading part behind the scenes to make it all happen. Their role is usually always indirect, ideaological, but geared towards the highest level of strategic impact.
The Americans and Israelis by and large can’t really think like that. They think on a much lower tactical level. And to the degree there are strategic thinkers, they’re usually operating with ties to the British, Chatham House, Trilateral etc.
America is the marcher lord, but London is the real Babylon, the Marduk Priesthood, the brains that set the dumb idiot marcher lord in motion.
Israel is a rogue puppet which in turn can’t do anything without the backing of the marcher lord. But that entire chess board was set up a long time ago.
Contrary to all the lazy pattern association people call research today, the truth is: if you know their names, they’re not really running the show. The real power is operating behind the scenes and in the shadows.
They need to revisit Plato’s allegory of the cave!
Before 1917... look at the history of the British royal family, fully interlinked with MI6, then the creation of Anglo-Persia Oil in 1908, which was then forced to change to British Petroleum aka BP, and that's not something you'll see on the BP website! Not to mention the take over of East India Company, India, China etc., etc., etc... the facts are there, they're just hidden, or 'changed' in the history books, which is gross in itself.

Let's spell out the Mosaddegh depravity in all its gory details.
In 1948 Labour under PM Clement Atlee created the National Coal Board and nationalised the coal fields of Great Britain. Coal is the indispensable source of energy for the country and should be in the hands of the people. So far, so good. Democracy in action.
A few years later in Iran, Mohammad Mosaddegh is voted into power in elections that are on record as being generally fair and honest. The West hails the result. Mosaddegh is delighted to be seen as a friend of the West and a hero of democracy.
So what does he do? Well he has the example of Clement Atlee before him. And what is the great resource of the Persian People? Under their soil lies not coal but oil. So, deciding that production of oil was best organised by a state enterprise for the benefit of the Persian people and not for Western oil interests, he nationalises the oilfields and drilling industry.
Well we know the story don't we? Our ruling classes were outraged: nasty brown man getting uppity and stealing our god given right to exploit the bejeezus out of foreign lands. And so they let loose MI6 and its dirty intrigues on the country. What followed was barbaric. Mosques were bombed, riots instigated, people were murdered and millions of leaflets dropped all over the country insinuating Mosaddegh was behind it all, and, to further fuel the flames, adding other lies about him likely to enrage the gullible population. The mayhem had its desired result; the people were inflamed and a coup d'etat, primed by the espsionados, was successful. Mosaddegh was lucky, merely imprisoned for life. His cabinet were put to death by savage and gruesome methods. The Shah was installed as autocratic ruler along with this Western trained thugs, the SAVAAC, to keep the population under control.
All imperial interventions are barbaric. What makes the destruction of Mosaddegh an epitome of imperial perfidy is its sickening hypocrisy.
Britain can nationalise her energy sources. But Iran cannot. And so her nascent democracy was destroyed by MI6 (along with the CIA.)
We can't go on like this. We have to go further than Your Party or the Greens.
