The precipitous rise in cancer rates in the former Yugoslavia, appear to have been largely caused by the deliberate use of 'depleted' uranium munitions, that pose a threat of persistent and widely dispersed radiological pollution, in addition to the toxic heavy metal aspect.

Despite claiming that there's nothing wrong with using such weapons, it appears that the Empire refrains from using them, in places that it wants to seize and occupy, after the fighting is over. This shows not only the mendacity of their claims about the safety of using depleted uranium weapons - but also the intent of the Zionists to seize, re-occupy and annex Gaza, underlying this Genocide and Ethnic Cleansing campaign.

The reason we know those Israeli's have zero connection to the land is they have utter contempt for it. The only people who know and love and are part of the land are the indigenous and right from the 1880's thieving zionists degraded Palestine. Israel uses DU bombs from the US, they create tonnes of toxic gas from the bombs, destroy water, soil, everything they touch they destroy

Which only strenghtens the argument that Israelis are as much useful idiots to the empire as the Ukrainians who would rather die in a trench than say no to a 5 ft' Jewish comedian who plays the piano with his penis.

Thanks for this. Very important not to forget. They also turned the “Negev” into a toxic waste dump.

“Colonialism is not just people that are targeted nature is targeted too so for example first major project ‘israel’ did was drying up the Hula wetlands where migrating birds used to settle on their annual migration to Africa. 119 species disappeared. 37 became locally extinct. A second major project that ‘israel’ did was diversion of water from Jordan Valley to the western coastal areas. This had huge devastating impact. The shrinking of the Dead Sea is involved in this. Now to fix the ‘problem’ that they created ‘israel’ has been pushing for a canal which they finally got approved and got Jordan to approve it under pressure from USA that will connect the Red Sea to the Dead Sea and not bring water from the Red Sea by the way it will bring sludge from desalination plants along the way and dump that sludge into the Dead sea.” – Mazin Qumsiyeh, Palestine Centre, 30 June 2017

“It is not only in dubious ancient mythology that Israel is founded. A state so founded had to create its own modern mythology from the start. One such piece of modern mythology which has become well rooted in western perceptions is that Jewish pioneers “made the desert bloom” , that by their know how and hard work, they transformed an uncultivable, mountainous, swampy and arid land into fertile and productive fields. Dr Moishe Saltiel, a highly qualified and experienced engineer, agronomist and water engineer, who emigrated from Greece to Palestine in 1932, has shown the facts tell a different story. Dr Saltiel’s researches show that in 1945, according to British Mandatory statistics, the cultivated area of Palestine was 920,000 hectares while, according to a survey in 1946, there were 60,000 cultivable hectares in the Golan Heights. By the 1980’s, the total cultivated area of the same land – Israel, West Bank, the Gaza strip and Golan – was 650,000 hectares – a third less than at the time of the establishment of Israel.

Exactly contrary to the mythology, cultivated land in the Negev [desert] has actually been turned into desert. Before the establishment of Israel, the Bedouin had for centuries cultivated land wherever water was to be found, in even the most arid areas of the Negev desert. Forty years after the establishment of Israel, less than half the previously fertile land in the Negev was under cultivation. The Bedouin had been displaced and the area became a major base for the Israeli army, for large industrial zones, including the site of the huge complex where Israeli nuclear arms are manufactured, and a dumping ground for toxic waste.

Another manifestation of the modern mythology is in the myth that Israel was invaded by great Arab armies as soon as it proclaimed its existence. Most of such Arab armies as existed at the time were too small, too ill-equipped and too far away to mount any such invasion. They were only ordered into action by reluctant rulers because of the pressure of opinion in their countries over the atrocities committed to drive out of the Palestinians. They were no match for the highly-trained and well-equipped, Palestine-based, Zionist forces. The only effective Arab army was the Jordanian, which was then British commanded but which was strictly limited to defending from Zionist attack that land which was within the borders of the Palestinian state delineated by the United Nations Partition Resolution.

Yet another carefully created myth was that the Arab radio stations ordered the Palestinian population to leave so that the Arab armies could enter the country. How, one wonders, were armies supposed to enter a country whose roads would be choked with refugees fleeing in the opposite direction. The fact is with detailed monitoring with Arab radio stations at the time by both BBC and the CIA prove beyond doubt that no such broadcasts were ever made. On the contrary, such broadcasts as were made by Arab radio, without exception, advised the people to remain. None of that has prevented to endless repetition of this modern mythology, apparently on the basis the bigger the lie you tell and the more often you repeat it, the more likely it is to be believed – the technique propounded by Hitler’s propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels and now distinguished with the name ”disinformation.”

When imperial Germany invaded Belgium in 1914 and so took Britain into the first world war, the famous writer H.G. Wells referred to Germany in those days as “….this drilling, trampling foolery in the heart of Europe.” Sadly, ¾ of a century later, Israel had had become a drilling, trampling foolery in the heart of the Middle east. The state of Palestine was born in large measure out of events in that terrible period which only reached its conclusion in 1945. The Balfour Declaration of 1917, which so advanced the Zionist cause, arose directly from the exigencies of the first world war, while the nazi genocide in the 2nd world war which created the climate within which Israel could be established and the Palestinians, the victims of its establishment, actually treated as if it was they who were the aggressors in Palestine.”- “Palestine – An Inescapable Duty” by David Watkins. (1992)

“”We Estimate That Nearly One Million of Gaza’s 1.1 Million Olive Trees Have Been Destroyed”

Gaza’s olive groves have been bulldozed by the Israeli military, dried up from lack of water, or remain inaccessible, leaving Palestinian farmers with little to harvest.”

Yes: "When imperial Germany invaded Belgium in 1914..." and then they lost the propaganda war; remember the brutal German soldiers cutting off the children's hands. But after the war, nothing, really nothing, was found. And then in WWII, when the reports of the brutal killing of the Jews, Roma and Slavs reached the West, no one believed a word. Remember the children's hands? And when the Soviets asked for pressure because of the planned killing of the POW, no one believed because ... Stop this propaganda! I have worked in waste handling for a lot of years. Israel is one of the most modern countries. But I know where all the hate comes from. After Baybars's destruction, in all the hundreds of years that followed, the locals (=Palestinians) did not bring back the fertility. But suddenly, Israel could feed a much, much bigger population and export food. Strange, what did change in the last 150 years?

A CIA report in the 1940’s -before “Israel” UDI - noted that massive handouts were needed for the illegal settlers to survive and Palestinians were self sufficient. That’s the same today. Trillions in aid to keep “Israel” sustained whilst the Palestinians are corralled on ever smaller pieces on their own homeland. Everything stolen. Illegal settlers destroying crops and completely razing Gaza. Your lies are disgusting

werner hillinger's avatar

Sorry, but you are wrong. The League of Nations issued a ruling on this matter, which the UN subsequently upheld. No settler was therefore illegal. If this was a very intelligent solution is another question. The two-state solution is based on this ruling, but this was destroyed by Jordan occupying the nowadays West Bank. Of course, people holding fiefs were confronted with modern British property rights, which led to very bad results. And the CIA was formed in late 1947; they had other issues, so please come with some sources.

No they didn’t. United Nations cannot take land from one and give to another. What happened here are illegal migrant terrorists unilaterally declaring themselves into existence like white Rhodesia in Africa. They have zero legitimacy whatsoever. Germany is where their “state” should be. Palestinians shouldn’t be paying the price for what you did. And being genocided for it too.

Why Kit, they're just testing the human guinea-pig results and outcomes of their 46 biolabs in Ukraine. After all, the DOD, the CDC, Metabiota, the Bill Gates Foundation, the Los Alamos Nat'l Laboratory, Pentagon, etc. etc. etc. didn't invest in Ukraine for nothing.

No really, thank you for this. This story has to be told. Didn't Sarah Wilkerson believe she was exposed to some kind of radiation?

I see the joy of the Palestinians returning home as my heart breaks knowing every step they take they're exposing themselves all over again to the secondary silent killer all done on purpose. We were heartbroken and tortured as we endured nine years of heart surgeries for a little boy whose father was exposed to Agent Orange "serving" the US in the Vietnam. I can truly imagine what lays ahead for these beautiful people the World doesn't deserve. We're just a sad entity that will protests to the tune of 7 million because we don't want a "King" but do squat about funding a genocide. Reasonable that I don't like people and prefer animals.

This is like the talk about climate change. If the weather is hot, it is human-made; if it is cold, it is human-made. If the Jews fight back against a terrorist organization, then this is bad. If Hamas kills, rapes, and captures civilians, then this is a sign of great strategic thinking. Every war will bring a lot of environmental issues; this is normal. Even today the Europeans have to clean up things from WWII, and the Russians will find a lot to do in New Russia. Syria after the civil war looks more like a nightmare or parts of Iraq. And in Vietnam there is still a lot to do to clean all the poison from the war. To come back to Israel. Russia is doing a lot of environmental damage, but they see this as a war between brothers, where the civilians (Russians!!!) have to be protected. But here we are told Israel somehow wants to conquer the territory but, on the other hand, is doing as much environmental damage as possible?
