Agreed. And that is what Trump and the fossil fuel corporations are working hard to fight against. For the fossil fuel companies around the world, green energy is existential for them. If they can bankrupt China before China can become nearly zero fossil fuel dependent, they will win. And that is all that matters. Winning and controlling the world's oil and the economies dependent on that. My money's on China and their race to finally develop the fusion energy source their working on. I've read a Substack paper from an Australian economist who says that they're about ten years out from making it reliable enough to deploy commercially to run power plants in China. That will be a world game changer and the west will fight that with everything they can, unless they can steal it for themselves.
