Thank you! Luke Harding is a slimeball of the first order. He's a liar and he is also responsible for revealing the password to the unredacted documents Julian Assange revealed. Assange spent hours redacting any names so that people would not be in danger when he released the documents. Luke Harding made all of Julian's efforts null and void. The fact that Harding still has a job at the Guardian tells you all you need to know about the effing Guardian.

Especially important is the role of Browder and Berezovsky. That was the beginning of Putin's demonization, and Browder'a revenge on Russia. One aspect of the Litvinenko saga that intrigues me is whether there was any association there between him (and Berezovsky) and the Apartment bombings. That's to say, if the terrorists came from the Caucasus and I believe Litvinenko was in agent support in that section. Ironically, giving away the names of agents so they'd be tortured and killed by terrorists was the dramatic device in Skyfall. And without those agents, there is a breach in the defensive wall, so to speak, allowing the (presumably as usual CIA/6-funded) terrorists to get into Russia and carry out the attacks. If that's true, then I wouldn't be surprised if the Russians wanted something nasty to happen to L. Mind you, 10 million seems a little extravagant. And the whole saga seems more like a plot from 24 than the real world.
Combine the absurdity of this narrative with the absurdity of the Skripal narrative and you wonder whether MI6 are on the lookout for some better scriptwriters. If not, I think they bloody well should be. Still, if the Great British Public are dumb enough to swallow it then why pay over the odds for a good writer.
I'm surprised the two alleged assassins of L didn't experience a vigorous duck-feeding incident. Still, too late for that now. Radioactive ducks would've been cool. Duck Duck Go indeed!
